ALL DOGS AND CATS NEED TO HAVE UPDATED VACCINATIONS DOCUMENTS.
- RABIES
- Bordetella
- Additional three core vaccines for cats: FVRCP
- PUPPIES: ALL CORE VACCINES A MUST. All puppies must be at least 4 months old.
Accepting Huskies, Akitas, Chow-Chows, Samoyed, and Malamutes for SELF-SERVICE ONLY.
We currently DO NOT WASH CATS. The only service available is nail cutting.

When you call to make an appointment, please have ready a credit card ready. We will not make an appointment or hold the time slot over the phone without a credit/debit card on file.
Please give us a call for self-service appointments. Our current scheduling system doesn’t allow YOU to double book. We can give you possible open times same day if you give us a call (have that credit/debit on hand).

CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

Pawtanicals has a 24-hr cancellation policy. You receive a couple of notifications days before the appointment.
If Credit Card on file has "insufficient funds" client will be subject to pay for cancelled /no show appointment PLUS current appointment at the time of new scheduling. They will be banned from scheduling online and must give us a call.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Credits will be applied when NECESSARY.
Clients are REQUIRED to leave a credit card on file.
If paying cash at the store and you (client) cancel same day and/or NO SHOW, the credit card on file will be charged in full without notification.
Same day calls to re-schedule for another day there will be an additional $10 fee PLUS service FEE. Which means, we will charge you the FULL SERVICE PLUS $10 to move it for another day. If you want to re-schedule for the same day for a later time— we will not charge you but we can’t guarantee availability.
Same day cancellation, NO refund. You will be charged for the service in Full.
