POLICIES & WAIVER


  • For safety reason, please keep ALL pets on a leash.

  • Any dog that is found to have fleas before or during the bath will be charged an extra $10 to apply Flea and Tick shampoo. We will notify clients of these findings and will instruct on the next steps to clean your house properly.

  • Pre-wash SKUNKED dogs at home before seeking self-wash services at Pawtanicals. Micro-bubble bath bundles available.

  • WHEN YOU CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, PLEASE HAVE READY A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. WE WILL NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT OR HOLD THE TIME SLOT OVER THE PHONE WITHOUT A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE.

  • DOGS WITH DOUBLE COAT WILL NOT BE GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT AFTER 3:30 PM. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD OF TIME.

  • PLEASE GIVE US A CALL FOR SAME DAY SELF-SERVICE APPOINTMENTS.(Our current scheduling system doesn’t allow YOU to double book. We can give you possible open times same day if you give us a call (have that credit/debit on hand).

    CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

  • Pawtanicals has a 24-hr cancellation policy. You receive 2 consecutive text messages days leading up your appointment and 1 on the day of the appointment.

  • ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Credits will be applied when NECESSARY.

  • Clients are REQUIRED to leave a credit card on file. 

  • If client cancels same day and/or NO SHOW, the credit card on file will be charged in full without notification. If appointment was made online, 60% of the deposit made is non-refundable. If appointment was made over the phone, 100% of the service will be charged.

  • If paying cash at the store and you (client) cancel same day and/or NO SHOW, the credit card on file will be charged in full without notification. 

  • Same day calls to re-schedule for another day NOT another time on the same day, there will be an additional $10 fee + service FEE. FOR EXAMPLE: If you book a $40 service appointment and want to cancel and reschedule for another day, you’ll be charged $40 + $10 = $50.

  • Same day cancellation, NO refunds.

  • If Credit Card on file has "insufficient funds" client will be subject to pay for cancelled /no show appointment PLUS current appointment at the time of scheduling. They will be banned from scheduling online and must give us a call.


Liability Waiver

Pawtanicals employs extensive safety and sanitary precautions to ensure your pets safety and health. Despite reasonable and prudent efforts, some pets may experience common side effects of the grooming process, including but not limited to: exposure of the quick, reactions to flea treatments and de-shedding treatments, hair splinters, and sharp nails (after clipping). By signing this agreement, you (the client) agree to relieve Pawtanicals, and it's agents from any and all liabilities, and/or costs associated with any veterinary care, symptoms or discomfort of your pet related to or presenting after services rendered by Pawtanicals. The pursuit of any veterinary, behavioral, or rehabilitational services, and the payment there of, is the sole responsibility of the pet owner. Additionally, you agree to relieve Pawtanicals and its agentsfrom any and all liability associated with damages to person, pet, or property by or relating to services rendered or service equipment used by Pawtanicals and it's agents.
